Can't say enough good things about this spot. Biscuits are the best, absolutely hands down, none better. My favorite is the classic, chicken & biscuit. Very laid back, eat wherever. You can order ahead if you mind waiting a few minutes. The only bad thing is that i refuse to get breakfast anywhere else in ATX. So I won't be trying anything new. BBB for me.

Big biscuits filled with chicken. So big it is a challenge to eat one. Not for dainty eaters. Wish they had indoor seating. It was pretty toasty sitting on the patio.

We were driving through Austin looking for a quick breakfast spot that we could grab and go and found Bird Bird on Yelp! We had just left Ghoul Coffee (highly recommended) down the street and ordered online. By the time we arrived our Carolina Caviar biscuits were ready! I will say going into it that we had just visited SC last fall where there are restaurants like this on every corner, it's kind of their thing, and even to be eating a biscuit named after the Carolinas, I wasn't expecting it to hold up compared to what I had there. I was wrong. The biscuit itself was better than any I had in South Carolina, the chicken was crisp and juicy, the pimento went so hard. It was such a solid sandwich. Give it a shot! Easy five stars for me.

Our first time here, and it was so delicious! This place gets busy, and you order through a walk-up window. The space itself is large, but the seating area is quite small. As for the food, I'm a huge biscuit lover, and this place does biscuit sandwiches so well! The Lovely Day is available until they sell out, and I get why they sell out! A biscuit sandwich with house-made chicken sausage that is accompanied by cheddar, basil pesto, and an egg. The Queen Beak is my go-to type of biscuit sandwich, which is a LARGE piece of crispy fried chicken, cayenne pepper honey, and a bacon-infused chipotle mayo. Too good! We also ordered an apricot sweet tea and dough bites covered in cinnamon sugar. Can't wait to be back in Austin for this!

The ordering process was pretty easy and straightforward. Upon going to the window to grab my order, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the firebird and fries. The fries were well seasoned and cooked to crispy perfection. The chicken sandwich had a healthy kick and was pretty saucy from the dill mayo. The mayo was a nice addition to keep the sandwich from being overly dry. Also, the biscuit was very buttery and moist. The sandwich was very large and filling. Overall, this was a pretty solid meal.

Delicious! I had a regular biscuit with egg. My son had the gluten-free biscuit jam and the gluten-free biscuit with egg and house-made chicken sausage and egg. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Order at a kiosk and sit outside. It was warm outside, but food arrived quickly, so not a big problem. I recommend this spot.

I tried the Firebird biscuit! It has hot chicken sandwich with dill mayo, thick cut spicy sweet pickles, and cilantro. I have also tried the queen beak before! I like the Firebird better. The dill mayo is so yummy! The hot chicken is not too spicy. I am not sure how they get their biscuits so fluffy on the inside but crunchy on the outside! The flavors are very cohesive. Very filling! You order on a kiosk. Our food was ready in around 10 minutes. There is only outdoor seating, so it got really hot during summer lunchtime. The parking situation is hard. Small spots, awkward angles, and a busy left turn to take!

It is an outdoor establishment. Menu is outside wall. You order through kiosk. They have a QR code as well. Small seating available outside. Biscuit so so freaking awesome. Best biscuits I have ever had and satisfying. I really recommend the food it won't disappoint. At first I was like all biscuit sandwiches taste the same. But this place proved me wrong. Not much interaction with employees. So I will give this place a 4 star. Ambience is outdoor setting. And it is not cleaned.

Hands down, the best chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. Every time I come to Austin, I HAVE to have a fire bird sandwich.
